There are some things you need to know before you grab a gun...

How the ranks break down
RANKS	JOB	Limit
Godfather/Godmother	Owner of family and in charge of everything	2
Bosses	In charge of whole family with all power when Gf/Gm are absent and can give promos after speaking with Gf/Gm	2
Under Boss	Manage wars / stand downs and in head of family when boss are absent	2
General	Take care of low ranks if gold’s are absent and manage the fights, Manage whites and lower, can declare wars and handles alliances	1
Lt General	Take care of low ranks if gold’s are absent and manage the fights Manage whites and lower , can declare wars and handles alliances takes orders from the General when both are present.	1
Major General	Take care of low ranks if gold’s are absent and manage the fights , check ID's and pages to see if its a one on one and who can be attacked and who doesn't.	1
Brigadier General	Supervise blue , keep an eye on them and see if they doing their job and tell them if they not.	2
Colonel	keep an eye on the high whites and gold's pages to see if they being attacked or not and keep them protected . [Minimum 4B bounty to earn rank.	1
Lt Colonel	Keep the fam with protection tags , and post recruit tags/Bc's must have a minimum of 5 accounts also coordinates training of new recruits.	3
Major	To inform the higher ranks what's up /keep them updated and give suggestions and tell them if something’s wrong.	5
Captain	To kill Parma list people and let everyone know if someone on list is up , kill and keep punching on war when fighting enemy (at least 2-3B bounty required)	10
1^st Lt	Help blues with chain of command and family rules and stuff, help with fights and recruit Bc's	10
2^nd Lt	(Starter Rank) Follow the Higher Ranks , Recruit broadcast , help in any fights they asked to and be active and helpful if want to rank up.	Unlimited
Rules and Regulations

These are ALLSTARMOB's Rules to keep the fam organized and Respectful.

1.THERE WILL BE A 3 STRIKE RULE IF YOU ARE BANNED 3 TIMES YOU ARE OUT OF ASM. DISRESPECT, RACIST, AND SEXIST COMMENTS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED NO EXCEPTIONS.

2.IF YOU ARE IN CHAT TALKING WHILE THERE IS A WAR AND YOUR NOT HELPING YOU WILL BE BANNED FOR FEW HOURS AND THAT'S GOING TO BE ALSO A WARNING.

3. IF YOU GET AN ORDER FROM AN UNDER BOSS AND UP AND DON'T LISTEN , WE WILL BAN YOU.

4.WHEN A NEW RECRUIT COMES IN WE NEED EVERYONE TO BE HELPFUL SO THE RECRUITER CAN GET THEM IN PC TO GET THEM SIGNED UP.

5. DISRESPECTING BOSSES OR OTHER MEMBERS OF ASM WILL EARN YOU AH HOUR OF BEING GAUGED,( MEANING YOU WILL BE ALLOWED IN CHAT BUT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TALK IN MAIN CHAT.) AFTER THAT IF YOU ARE STILL DISRESPECTFUL YOU WILL BE BANNED FOR AN HOUR. AND IF YOU ARE EVEN STILL CAUSING PROBLEMS YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM CHATS FOREVER AND REMOVED FROM ASM.

6. IF YOU GET OVER ATTACKED BY SOMEONE OR LISTED . TAKE CARE OF IT AS A 1 ON 1 AND TRY HANDLE YOUR FIGHT , IF THE PERSON SEEMS TO CALL FOR BACK UP FEEL FREE TO TELL A HIGH RANK AND THE SITUATION WILL BE CHECKED IF ITS SO THE WHOLE FAM WILL JUMP ON THEM TILL THEY SURRENDER.

- If your getting way to beat up and killed by one person only ask a Lt colonel and above , they will post to their page to a back off , if no response after 5-10 minutes we will jump in to kill.

7.GREENS CAN'T BE MEMBERED UNLESS ITS ALREADY CHECKED BY THE HIGH WHITES AND UP AND APPROVED TO BE MEMBERED.

-Remember to ask for all the greens info to prevent spies or people trying to make mess of the fam.

8.ONLY BOSSES AND UNDER BOSSES USE CAPS IN CHAT THEY NEED TO BE SEEN AND HEARD AT ALL TIMES

9.ALL NEW ASM MEMBERS ARE UNDER A 2 WEEK PROBATION PERIOD , IF YOU DO NOT PROVE TO BE ACTIVE IN ASM DURING THIS PERIOD, YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT OF THE FAM.

-We understand people are busy with work and life but they must be worthy and active enough to at least pass at the chat once a day to stay updated.

10.FAMILY HAS SUNDAY MEETINGS , TRY BE THERE SO WE CAN DISCUSS ANYTHING ABOUT THE FAMILY AND ABOUT SUGGESTIONS AND CURRENT MEMBERS. IF YOU CANT ATTEND TO MEETING , LET AN UB OR HIGHER RANK KNOW ON TIME.

THOSE WERE THE BASIC RULES TO KEEP THE FAM ORGANIZED , HERE ARE SOME OTHER TIPS YOU SHOULD HAVE IN MIND TO KEEP THE FAM DRAMA FREE AND STRONG.

- If you have any issue with a member in the family, feel free to contact a gold or better the GF or GM so we take care of it and try resolve the issue.

- Don't bring drama into main chat, it will not be tolerated. Take it to main and follow the first step above.

- The Alliance Coordinator is responsible for setting up meetings with our Allies Under bosses or Bosses to see if they need any assistance from us and to keep our alliance strong

- Means of Expulsion from ASM are easy to understand. If you do not follow the rules or get out of line with a Boss you will be placed on a weeks restriction.

- At that time you will not get any help from ASM members and will not be able to participate in our battles as well.

- There is a one strike your out after restriction, If you have been put on restriction and afterward still can't follow the rules, you will be removed from ASM.
